Young Patent Practitioner Series: USPTO Pilot Programs

The Young Patent Practitioner Series continues with its third installment on “USPTO Pilot Programs,” a lesson from Sangik Bae, an intellectual property attorney at Ladas & Parry, LLP’s Chicago office. Mr. Bae’s attached post provides an overview of the USPTO’s implemented pilot programs which have been intended to advance patent applications and to provide applicants assistance.

The UIC Review of Intellectual Property Law’s “Young Patent Practitioner Series” aims to help young patent practitioners, including patent attorneys, patent agents, law school students, and persons preparing for the patent bar exam, increase their understanding of patent law and procedure. Follow RIPL on LinkedInFacebook, and Twitter and continue to monitor our website for future Young Patent Practitioner lessons.
