The Young Patent Practitioner Series continues with its third installment on “USPTO Pilot Programs,” a lesson from Sangik Bae, an intellectual property attorney at Ladas & Parry, LLP’s Chicago office. Mr. Bae’s attached post provides an overview of the USPTO’s implemented pilot programs which have been intended to advance patent applications and to provide applicants assistance.
