The John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law is proud to announce the publication of Issue 2 of Volume 17! We are pleased to feature articles by Ted L. Field, Sue Ann Ganske, Alan J. Gocha, Seemantani Sharma, and Jesse Syner covering a wide range of topics: from advice on writing like a patent litigator, an examination of the latest series of high- profile patent case in 2016-2017, a clarification of Alice Corp v. CLS Bank Int’l on determining section 101, an examination of Traditional Knowledge Digital Knowledge and its role in the war against biopiracy, to what is proper venue in patent cases in light of TC Heartland v.
