The John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law is proud to announce the publication of Issue 2 of Volume 16! We are pleased to feature articles by Scott Locke, Michelle Evans, Brian Frye, Christopher Ryan, and Franklin Runge covering a wide range of topics including the “obvious to try” standard in patent litigation, the Defend Trade Secrets Act, and an empirical study of the copyright practice of American law journals.
